I had my last period on 29th Jan. I want to get pregnant. We has sex on and around 14th Feb. I had a sharp pain in my uterus for a few seconds after 4 days. Could it be implantation ? When can I test for pregnancy?

You can test for pregnancy anywhere from 14 to 16 days after intercourse!! Hope this helps!!
The last time i was pregnant - I had a very sharp and short take-my-breath-away pain. It happened twice about 5 minutes apart and was gone. A week later I found out I was pregnant. The doctor told me that was implantation. It was very obvious and nothing like period cramping.
