i stopped smoking 3 weeks ago because i was having crazy mood swings, anxiety and panic attacks. wen i stopped the first week was hectic with all these symptoms were amplified, then subsided a bit i take lots of natural remedies like magnesium, valerian root, rhodiola which do seem to work, and the symptoms subsided a bit and were bearable i also did loads of excersise.

A week ago i went on holiday to thailand with my new boyfriend, and a couple of days i started to freak out with hectic panic attacks, i forgot my natural remedies cos i thought i was ok and only had some magnesium and bought some st johns wort last night but woke up this morning with a crazy attack thats lasted most of today! i also don't do any excersise here could that be it? :( it makes me zoo sad cos i don't know why this is happening??

Cld it still be the withdrawal? cos i feel like I'm loosing my mind not knowing what the cause is?and its really affecting me and my relationship cos i feel like its him giving me the anxiety sometimes and all he does is love me! we live in different countries so this was suppose to be a special holiday for us to connect and i feel soo terrible this is happening :(( can somebody out there please help me figure this out could it still be from the weed withdrawing? and y's it getting worse? is there anything i cld try to incorporate so it doesn't get so un controllable??
im not a psychologist but it sounds like you need to see one to find a good way to cope with that anxiety. there is likely a root cause for this and these symptoms that however possible is likely not related to the pot. however i wouldnt rule it out. i think the best thing to do would be to try your best not to worry about it and when you are having issue confide in someone you trust to help talk you down. dont ever forget its ok to need help, and there are alot of people that deal with exactly the same type of issue.    as for the exercise i do beleive that can have a very strong impact on mental health. if execise is a part of your routine then stick with it. there are alot of "feel good" endorphins that get released when you exercise that can have an enormous effect on your overall mood
