could numbness and tingling be related to sjogren's syndrome?

I also have the breast pain, and always on the right side only. (My symptoms are always on the right side only, except for the eyes.) I have linked it to swelling of the lymph nodes both in the armpit and the breast.

omg I am negative for RA too and my very first Rheumatologist said I had negative RA. My recent Dr says I'm crazy yet admits I have many symptoms of RA and has me on Hydroxychloriquine. I've seen my knees balloon up, or have nodes pop out on my wrists, so know I'm not crazy.
