Last week I was having sex and as I came, I saw bright red blood, so we stopped as I was really scared. After cleaning up, it didn't bleed, only at that point. About a month ago, I checked for any infection, and was clear, so the only other option would be briusing or a miscarriage. Is this possible?

Bleeding from a miscarriage is rarely slight, and doesn't usually stop suddenly. You most likely just had a sensitive cervix or something hemmoraged slightly. There are many explainations for bleeding during/after sex- miscarriage isn't usually one of them.
Most probably you just injured your cervix. Sex is normally safe during pregnancy, except with a few conditions.
