First off, yes I am a teen asking since she is skeptical.
She's had her period, but has been experience many mood swings and some cramps. She seems to have some cravings and sleeps for long periods of time i.e 10 PM- 2 PM.
So could she pregnant?

Did she have a "normal" period for her? If yes, it is unlikely that she is pregnant.
The other symptoms are not specific to pregnancy. She may have an illness or infection.
Have her take a home pregnancy test if in doubt.
