I get these often. As an uncircumcised diabetic, my urine is often just sweet enough to feed the yeasties, I guess.
If you have diabetes, keep it under control. Get yourself some lotrimin cream (sold for female yeast infections) and apply in the morning and at night. AVOID the "jock itch" sprays, which contain the same ingredient but hurt like hell when applied on broken skin. (Learned the hard way.)
