The only cure I found is a simple application of DETTOL lotion each time you take a bath or shower. retract foreskin and apply without dissolving dettol lotion in water just apply concentrated and let the skin have a fresh bath and then shower over it with water. Do it as you bathe each time till you feel that the foreskin is heal that means no more cracks. You will feel much better after that. Don't worry I am healed.

Poor you. Could you just try DETTOL - Antiseptic lotion during your bathe, retract foreskin and apply concentrated and shower water over it and repeat it when in your shower till you could feel that it is healing no more pain. I am healed.

As one of the other people said it's just from soap/shampoo in my case it's shower jel I sometimes use it to masterbate it's a perfect lubricant. The type of shower jel is "Palmolive Active shower jel".

any specific product of theirs? which one do you use? the body oil? moisturising cream? etc
I have used lip balm as well and it seems to smooth the pain and works but I am never completely rid of the issue..
