Where EXACTLY are the cracks? How long have you had them? If these are around your foreskin is it very loose or tight?
It could also indicate a yeast infection. Guys CAN get them too.
See your urologist for an evaluation.

Exactly at foreskin(where skin starts folding back) which covers glans. It will happen only when we do intercourse regularly,If we do sex day by day there is no such problem... one more thing I need to mention without medication or any ointments it will go if I do not participate in sex.
Actually we r planning for kids, so this problem irritates me more... to avoid this is there any lotions to apply while doing intercourse....

You could try using a water based lubricant. It may help.
