Your bleeding is probably due to dehydration. When you really get on one and don’t eat or drink all of your body becomes drier, even the inside. When I used to get on a5-10 day bender off set a timer for every hour and make myself go drink some juice, Powerade or something every time the alarm went off. Maybe even keep a drink near you in case you’re “stuck” when the alarm goes off.
