I have a cut, very small or more like a scratch. It almost appears like a hair was pulled out. this cut os on my scrotum. It bleeds when toucjed or in the shower and closes up with like a dark scab. When touched again, it starts bleeding again. It just wont heal up. Any medication to close this up?

Why don’t you go and have it checked by a dermatologist? Cuts can be dangerous sometimes because bacteria can enter and make a mess then. It could spread to other organs and make even more mess. Although that happens rarely, it can happen.
Do you know what the cut’s from? Maybe it is an ingrown hair and that is why it keeps bleeding?
Or a razor cut? Do you shave down there? If that is the case, you may use a styptic pencil or block (they contain aluminum sulfate) to stop the bleeding. You can get these at any drugstore.
