I have the same problem but then I was diagnosed with diabetes... doctor said it because I had fungus in my penis due to sugar I was urinating...meaning my sugar was really elevated...hope this helps guys! God forbids somebody else gets diabetes like me..!

Hi i was wondering if someone can help here as well last few days going to the toilet for a pee i have been left in real agony its unbearable and it i nearly go 2 my knees probblay screaming in agony saying someone take me to the out of hours gp unit at hospital and i got me brother to have a look and i have a real sore cute right underneath the head of the penis on the foreskin he said i should go get it checked out but he has work and no1 can get me to hospital. So, I had the same issue and i thought i had contracted and STD but its not. It's a fungal infection, really easy to deal with. You can either go to the doctor to get prescription or get over the counter stuff. I don't know how u can get FLUCONAZOLE (a pill) with out a prescription but you can get CLOTRIMAZOLE (cream) over the counter it is the same cream you use for Athlete foot (exact same). Apply it 2 time a day until your healed. Btw i went to the doctor for this because if was so worry that i contracted an STD.

I've Had The Same Problem Also And It Was Because Of The Soap I Was Using. I've Always Used Irish Spring Soap And For About a Week I Switched To Dove Soap. A Couple Days Later The Tip Of My Foreskin Got Real Small Which Stopped Me From Pulling It Baq And When I Did It Would Cut And Hurt Realli Bad. I Went Baq To Using Irish Spring And It Hasnt Happened Again.

Also Make Sure u Dry It Realli Good When u Get Out Of The Shower. The Dove Soap Kept My Foreskin Moist Which Is a Reason Why This Happens.

I'm worried that it might be an STD/STI, I'm 28 yrs old and never had problems pulling back the skin but the day after getting my penis sucked by a friend of my sister's I started getting those small cuts on the foreskin. We kissed b4 oral sex took place but nothing is wrong with my lips so idk what's up. My guess is that she over stretched your foreskin while she was pleasuring you. You don't feel it at the time because that's the way it works but after your brain stops releasing endorphins you begin to feel it. My buddies who were in Vietnam used to talk about the communist who*es in Saigon who would slice up their GI customers penis with razor blades and they wouldn't know it until after they left because they couldn't feel it at the time.

This condition is not an STD. I've just recovered from this. I am 100% sure this is caused by a yeast infection. It dries out your foreskin causing it to split when having sex. It's a vicious circle as it then heals tighter making it hard to pull back the foreskin to clean properly, and thus aiding the infection. I regularly used moisturiser (not too much though, you shouldn't leave it moist and warm), thrush treatments and stopped masturbating, it won't heal unless you stop, trust me. Let it heal, and be gentle with it for a good while, scar tissue will very likely form leaving your skin tighter in general, the more cuts you get, the more scar tissue will form leaving your skin weak for a long time to come. Probably best to use condoms for a while after too as protection.

YOu will always get that when your sugar level is high.... if you control your sugar then it will go away..... I had it once and my doc said i had to lover my sugar level and it will go away ..... and it did......
