Ok so I only recently started smoking more than I used to. It's been about 2 months of about 4 grams a day. I just started my job for the summer (uni student) and I've been trying to cut it down so I'm only smokin maybe 3 times a week or so max. It's been 2 days now and I sh*t you not I have had nothing to eat except for a bite out of a muffin that I almost threw up. Getting to sleep has been fine, but I've been high before I go to bed for th last 2 months. I'll try tonight and see if I can sleep without it. Other than that, is there any way to get my appetite back? (no prescription drugs) Any other tips to help me cut down other than getting exercise and drinking fluids
