Hi! I think I damaged my biceps last night at the gym. The thing is that I had stretched out, did warm-up sets, and it seems that I had loaded too much weight on… my biceps and shoulders are blue and I have no idea about my tendons and ligaments. I have an appointment tomorrow, so I will see what the matter is. I just wanted to know if there was anybody who had similar experience. Could you go back to training? How big setback it was for you?
Hello! I had bicep tear 3 years ago. I was devastated at the beginning! It doesn’t look as good as it did before but I am back training, haven’t quit. All you need to do is follow the doctor’s orders, and don’t give up! Eventually you’ll be back on track!!!!! Good luck!
