I am darker between my thighs and arm pits. I have fine bumps that comes between my legs I want them to go away. I scrub very hard when I bath. I put alcohol between my thighs, nothing works.

Try using a papaya based soap/shower gel with a loafa and a Shea butter or cocoa butter body cream like Palmers cocoa butter they all have skin lightening properties.

I use underarm deoderant. I've been doing this since I was in primary school. I use to get really bad heat rash from them rubbing together, I'm now 26 and have no dark patches between my legs.

I was surprised to see the medical name for this condition "Acanthosis Nigricans". A very racist name!!! Surely they could have thought of a better medical name for this condition such as Thighlasma or Thighpopigmentation, meaning dark skin on thighs. Now that's a nice non offensive medical name.
