It seems most of us here are not physically fit, neither am I. But I have these embarrassing discolored spots as well, in my inner thighs and its horrible. Seeing a dermatologist sounds pricey, so any methods for losing weight?

The reason you have black spots between your legs is because your skin is rubbing together. You know how you rub your hands really fast and they start to get hot while thats how between your legs are the sweat that comes off your body give wetness and your legs rubbing as your walking are going to give a reaction of swealness. The one thing that truely works no doubt about it try coco butter but my favorite is this vitamin D. I personally only use vitamin lotions or creams.

What you have here is similar to mine. My crotch got darken since I was 10 or something, and now I'm 15. Right before the high school years. because, yeah, high school is all about boyfriend, and i don't wanna embarrass myself standing in front of a guy that stares at me and grossed out, seeing odd color in my upper thigh. I tried everything to removes this darken spots, but everything doesn't remains any good result, it stays the same. until i got an advice from my friend, my crotch darken because it needed a sun to improve the pigmentation. so then i try to sun bath everyday in summer, AND YES! my crotch looks fair afterwards. and now, i don't have to worry about this anymore.

You could be pre-diabetic or insulin resistant. I suggest regular exfoliation... talking to your doctor about it when you go for a visit... not wearing tight dark clothing... washing after sweating... staying in shape and eating a healthy balanced diet that has more veggies than fruits and not having juice or soda.
