God bless everyone on there journey. I'm day 4 from a long ween from 40mg a day ..to 20...now 0. This is day 4. This is my 6th quit attempt, and like cigarettes, it gets easier every quit try. After the WD's it's a discipline thing...try to divert the mind to activity...talk to yourself about it as if the addiction is a real person..and break up with it citing the reasons...its tough and I still feel it's hold...but I just keep kicking it away....in time....time will be your freind.
