deflated left testical

i was having a bath when i noticed my left testical looked a little deflated and a painful scratch mark with i touch it it hurts when i rub my leg or my hand against it and i'm too embarrasded to talk about it out loud and was wondering if you can help me to figure out what is wrong as i am very concerned about it

i think this site is VERY informative by the way
