i stared to masturbate about a year ago. whenever i reach orgasm i can't cum. just a very small amount seems to dribble out. i wondered if this is a medical thing or just mental problem? i would like it if somebody could help me out?
Most often, the problem is mental. Do you have any unclear issues about your sexual activities, education or upbringing? Are there any religious limitations regarding sexuality? What do you think that a possible problem could be considering you have already mentioned it as a possibility? Do you have any fears, for example a fear of getting caught?

However, the problem may be organic if a person has never ejaculated through various forms of stimulation. Then, this person should see an urologist to determine if there are any physical or congenital abnormalities.

Are you taking any sorts of medications? Do you have any neurological problems (with the spine and nerves in it)? Both of these problems can influence on ejaculatory ability.

But, going through your post, I see that you can have an orgasm but little semen, is that right? Would you say that your orgasms are short? Are they fulfilling?

How old are you? I read once that even some 14 years-olds don’t have ejaculations at that age. However, maybe you should see an urologist to check if there isn’t a blockage or that you are not experiencing a retrograde ejaculation in which your semen goes back to the bladder instead of coming out through penis.

What is your urine like after an orgasm? If it is cloudy, this may mean you are experiencing retrograde ejaculation.

sex is something related with brain. needs confort inorder to excite the homones concerned.
masturbation is something more or less illegal. I think you used to do it in the bathroom/toilet. you dont get that kind of maximum confort.
Try to find a woman and see if the same problem can excist.
Or otherwise settle while you are doing the process and send your brain in that matter, if possible do it while you are watching pono film.
