Hello, I'm 16 years old and I was checking my testes for Testicular Cancer, you know for lumps, however I feel that I may have Detached Spermatic cord as my right ball moves around more freely than my left one, especially after I checked. It has been a day and am not quite sure whether to go to a Doctor and am pretty embarrassed about it- hopefully on this site i will remain amanous. My right one also use to be bigger than my left and now is smaller since I checked.
Please get back to me soon- many thanks
I'm having the same problem right now but with my left irk what it is I'm scared

That sounds very improbable. The spermatic cord doesn't just detach. You'd have to have some violent injury to do something like that.

One in every 8 men lacks a gubernaculum ligament in his scrotum that normally attaches his testicles to the bottom of his scrotum and prevents them from rotating and from leaving his scrotum. Some men's balls can climb all the way up onto their stomachs with no pain or harm. You just have traveling balls on at least one side. Testicles can vary a lot in size in one day and then return to normal size again quickly. If a testicle shrinks smaller and stays that way for days, then see a Dr. to get it checked out. Dr.s know how much all males care about their testicles and will sure understand you worrying about your nuts' health and functions and having babies in the future. Its a vital male organ that Dr.s know is hugely important to all males to keep healthy. Don't be embarrasssed since he has his own prized pair of nuts hanging between his legs and he knows exactly how all males feel about their sex organs and wanting to be able to have sex all their lives long.

I had the skeletonization of the spermatic cord surgery done 5 weeks ago. I'm still having pain in testicles and cord. Is that normal?
