I am looking for some reminders about diabetic nephropathy and its stages? What stages does diabetic nephropathy go through, and at which point do the symptoms become obvious to the patient and to others? In which way does diabetic nephropathy first manifest itself? And also, I would like to ask what tests, if any, are routine performed for diabetic nephropathy in diabetes patients?
