Hey there,

OK, here goes. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for a while now,(about a year) obviously trying to get pregnant. We suceeded in febuary 2008 but lost it after 5 weeks. Periods didn't return untill 5-6weeks later and when they did were not painful like normal nor was i cold or moody (which is really very unliike me) We concieved again but again 5 weeks pregnant i lost it. I was suffering from a lot of stress during the first two pregnancies and also developed some depression. We tried again last month and even though i was 2-3 weeks late in getting the "Red P" blood tests and hpt said negative.

When my period did come it was light and there was no, well, fource behind it as usual (sorry if not pc) it lasted for two weeks, stopping and starting occasionally. After it stopping completely we had unprotected sex again. No bleeding happened through sex, which is normal so i figued we'll just try again. now with 3 weeks until my "Red P" comes i have noticed a browny pink colouring when i wipe my lady bits. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I am not worried or anything just interested in whats happening.

Thanks for the help

hi sianleah, i sympathise with your situation. i also have been trying to get pregnant, myself and my boyfriend tried for 2 years and had no luck with it until may this year when i found out i was 5 weeks pregnant but i misscaried at 6 weeks pregnant, it's a horrible thing for any women to go through.

if you have been trying and still currently are active then i would say that theres always a chance of you getting pregnant and sometimes if its so early on in pregnancy a pregnancy test does not always test positive in early stages there is only one test that will tell you a positive in early pregnancy if you are which is clearblue.

it sounds to me that you very well are pregnant but i dont want to put your chances up in case you arnt but from what i have heard pinkish brownish blood is a sign of whats called an 'implantation bleed' when you are pregnant the blood flow is more frequent and it can also mean that the baby is absolutely fine.
