i think shes actualy telling the truth... well kinda. why would you ask that kind of question on a health site wouldnt u just go ask a pro-ana site??? makes more sense 2 me but on the other hand why would she sign up for an account on this website if she DIDDNT want 2 loose some weight.
Basicaly the diet of a true anorexic is absolutely nothing. sometimes not even water. if u drink enough u can actualy comsume calories from all the chemicals in the water. another popular food is celery only 7cal in one of those. low cal jello, diet pop, pickels oh! and DIET PILLS. lots and lots o' lax. please dnt use this 4 the wrong reasons... plus its kinda obvious 2 most people when someones not eating. i would no.
ive had anorexia 4 a year now and, as much as i no im slowly killing my body, i feel great. i no that i can look in the mirror and not start bawling my face off anymore. that doesnt mean im satisfied though. and i dont want 2 stop.

i think im becoming anorexic. I realised about 1 month ago that i had a double chin whenever i looked down. Ever since then i have felt very self-conscious about my weight. I cant even wear shorts, even in this really hot weather and im dreading doing swimming with my school. Thanks for everyones help cause i now know what im going to eat on a normal day. 

lunch - half a sandwich, no filling

dinner - what ever my mum gives me im just going to scrape away, leaving only a few of the vegetables

lots and lots to drink

is this too much???? i don't know weather to just have the half sandwich at lunch or the veggies at dinner. I think it would probably be easier to get away with the veggies at dinner cause i got anorexic before and my mum got suspicious and literally stood over me while i ate for a while. I think she trusts me again now though so hopefully i can start the diet again.

i am 15 and have been anorexci since i was 12. this is my diet, i pretty much eat the same everyday:

 

             breakfast;Half an apple or/and 4 cherry tomatos

             lunch;raw cabbage or sliced cucumber about 30g

             dinner;whatever my mom cooks but half of what my 8 year old sister has on her plate

                        i do NOT snack between meals and i drink lots of mineral water like 12-18 bottles a day

i am 5ft5 and 102lb. i eat 2 small meals a day eating round about 400-500kcal. i have cut down on food alot and i often vomit. my gran has said a few times that i am too skinny and have lost some weight as i excercise alot. i am just wondering if it sounds as if i have an eating disorder.

I no this maybe silly but I need to no I'm 14 and I'm size 8/6 Im always eating but I do a lot of exercise which helps me lose weight all my friends think I'm going anorexic just because I think I'm fat Im 9 st please help

if you have anorexia, it is not all about what you eat. it is about the mind set your in, just because you have the mind of an anorexic does not always mean that your skinny.

I dont think you are, i was for years and still struggle. I would not touch anything that was not lettuce or spinach for years. Even carrots had too high amounts of sugar. its more about trying to keep control over everything, you would feel better and look better if you ate real food rather than just sugary drinks. (PS you would lose weight without the drink too and te food would raise your metabolism)

As much as it sounds like you want too have this disease you don't. I am 18 years old and have been struggling with anorexia since I was 13. It's a terrible mental illness, It's nothing a person wants. I didn't ask to become a walking skelton, because that is what I am. And most anorexics don't even fisnish whatever they pick up or out to eat. I know for me, I will get a small side salad and a green tea and won't touch any of it. So, if you really have to ask some other people online if you are struggling with some type of eating disorder, your best idea is too go talk to your doctor.

trust me, even though there are a ton of stories about people losing a ton of weight from anorexia, it doesn't always work... i've been fighting with it since i was about 10 and i am 16 now and i am still thee fatest person i know and i hate myself for it... even with all the starvation and laxatives and diet pills it doesn't always work... so just keep that in mind (sorry this post is pointless but yeah... people should still know that it doesn't always work...)

With me , everything I look at looks fatty. So I eat a granola bar a day and that's about it. I drink water. Lots.

That's the same with me, I hope you get better and I hope you make the best out of your life. Your worth more than Anorexia... Anorexia will KILL YOU! I hope you make use of all the resources that are available to you. Be happy, your worth a smile. :)
