My friend has 2 different kinds of ejaculate. He discovered this "ability" over 10 years ago.
The first kind is fairly standard: slick, thick, whitish, etc. Semen. This one occurs with a full orgasm.
The second kind is quite different: clear and yellowish, no slickness, and in large volumes. It looks almost like urine, but doesn't seem to be (very bitter taste, cause testicles to shrink significantly in size afterwards, and softer and more sensitive skin lightly stings/puckers when in contact with this fluid.) This kind occurs without a full orgasm, and can be made to happen by manipulating the PC muscle.
Doctor's exam showed no sign of prostate issues. He won't bring it up directly with his doctor for fear of ridicule. Can't say I blame him.
Questions:
1. However rare, is this normal? Is there a health issue that needs to be addressed?
2. Is the yellow ejaculate harmful to the vaginal chemical balance? Would it cause more yeast infections, etc.?
3. Has ANYONE ever even heard of this before?

I have been experimenting with kegels and multiple orgasms. I have no answer for you except for a description of my experience. I can have that second type of ejaculation/orgasm when I control myself. My biggest orgasms are that second type, and I ejaculate a lot and it resembles a lot like a video you would see online of a girl having a squirting orgasm and then being super giddy afterwards, I think it's pretty much the same orgasm as that. I know that doesn't answer your question but you/your friend isn't the only one out there.
