i have taken a 25 min exercise class and half way thru i experienced light headedness, seeing spots with sweating and after the class i had a pounding headache for hours with a sour stomach? a strange feeling in my chest with stiffness in my neck?
Hi. First of all I have some additional questions because symptoms you are describing could be signs of various conditions. Once or twice I have experienced the same thing and the cause was usually that I have forgotten to eat. And off course my body didn't have enough strength to withstand the pressure of intense training. And this is the most common cause because in all that excitement when you are starting to work on your body people sometimes forgot to eat. And afterwards your body is giving you various symptoms of discomfort to alert you. There is one more thing, if you haven't work out for some time maybe you are out of shape but you didn't wanted to give up. Sometimes our stubbornness can give us big headache. If this is the case with you than take care of yourself and be more careful next time. But if you had had your meal before working out and you are regular in the gym than you shouldn't play with fire and you should visit your doctor.
