I have been getting dizzy during exercise for the last couple of months. Sometimes it is worse than other times. It is usually accompanied by a cold sweat. I have tested my blood sugar and such and it is normal. I have had an EKG done awhile ago and there wasn't anything there to worry about. I guess the only thing was anxiety. But the dizziness started happening after that. Also had a CT scan on the head and nothing was found. Like I said, sometimes I can't notice the dizziness while other times it is bad. I am always slightly dizzy and it gets worse during exercise. Any possibilities as to what this could be? I know I should see a doctor and will see a doctor, but I want to know if this is bad enough to not exercise until I do see a doctor or something.
Do you drink water when you exercise because that might be the reason if not then it might be because your pushing yourself to hard don't over do it
