Do anything happen ( some changes develop in our look i.e. hair, face, body ) if we touch any human being?
There are many ways to interpret your question.

If you mean physical touch, the the simple answer is no, not simply because of the touch.

The look of your hair, face, body is essentially down to your DNA, tiny strands of information curled up inside each cell in your body, which says 'here is what I look like'. After that, you can change features naturally through exercise and eating, to increase or decrease body fat, muscle strength etc., but basically you will still look like you.

Touch can lead to change, which is the definition of disease, but it is not the touch, but the transmission of foreign bodies - disease, infection are often caused when microbes or a virus is transmitted, but we also have very powerful immune systems to defeat the microbes and viral infections.

Touch also change the immediate state of the body being touched - even your own - as the stimulation of nerves leads to feelings, pleasant or unpleasant.

Touch also is a sign or means of communication, and that communication has an effect also, just as when we say we love you, or similar.

But essentially, you are who you are, and no touch will change your DNA, the essential you.
