Well i had sex for the first time about more than 4-8 months ago , and i heard that a std takes a while before you get the symptoms.. i woke up and the entrance to my vagina is really itchy! and it kind of stings , a little bit , but mostly itchy , im scared because we didn't use a condom at first , but it was sooo long ago .. i told my mom and she said it could be a yeast infection , but im scared i dont know what to do, i really dont want to go to the doctor.

It very well could be a yeast infection. You can get yeast infections even without having sex.
Yes, it could be an STD also.
