I am very skinny/thin and day by day I am being. I am 22 year old and my heigh is 5.6 and weight is 45 kg only. I hate myself when I look at the mirror. Pls give me some advice to be fat. What I need to do to be fat and gain weight.

In other forums I have been adviced to take fast food and junk food and also weight gainer poweder will help me in gaining fat or weight.

Can I gain fat or weight by joining zimm or workout?


Pls advice what I need to do. What must I do so that I can gain fat.
