If I'm really hungry. But it will be at least a half hour after brushing, and I'll brush again before going to sleep.

There are two things that are absolutely not possible to eat after brushing,... Orange Juice and coffee.

That's why the half hour rule is in effect. Don't you brush your teeth in the morning? You don't snack mid-morning?

Yeah. I brush after breakfast. By lunch it's not an issue, and I almost never snack.

I hate to eat anything after brushing at night. I do have coffee shortly after brushing in the morning though.

I rarely do...sometimes if I'm really hungry, then temptation kicks in and you know what happens next...

I don't eat after I brush my chompers. I will drink water. But that is it.

Oranges / orange juice is the absolute worst!

I've read where "they" say you should brush your teeth after dinner to avoid snacking before you go to bed.

On the flipside, I tend to wait a bit to brush my teeth after eating 5 or 6 Oreos. That's just a mess.

Once I brush my teeth at night, I no longer eat any type of food.
