bagels are made with kosher salt but salt is salt you can not get away from it. it will bloat you, put on weight and very bad for the heart keep away from it./ its in everything you eat. sodium is in everything you eat.. if you eat a peanut even though peanuts are from a tree it contains some sort of salt.. keep away from the internal parts of your body.. it makes a great rub salt to wash with that's about it.
