Does anyone else have this strange effect/disorder

Sometimes when I want to say something I cant say it, no matter how much I try

I start inhaling through tight lips and can't stop inhaling either, but still after that I can't say what I want to say

Sometimes when this happens I can't move my fingers or if I'm moving my arm or any bodily part before hand, it will just freeze completely until this Inhaling stops

It's as if i just suddenly become paralyzed for a few seconds or minutes

I think it may be from my previous 6-7 years of using drugs

I am just wondering if anyone else has this problem, whether you are an ex drug user or never took drugs

I would love to know how to stop this or anything.
