Hello. I recently got married. My wedding was in March. For about three months before the wedding I was on a strict diet plan. I had approximately 40 pounds to lose till the wedding, and I achieved losing 36. I was very satisfied with the way my body looked at my wedding day. But since then, I gained 15 pounds.

I need to lose at least 20 pounds this time. I am considering taking Visalus 90 days challenge. What do you think about it? Do you have any tips for me?

I wanted to know does this challenge combine both dieting and physical activity?

Hello. I am wondering the same thing. I’ve been having weight problems since I was a child. My whole family is now insisting that I need to lose weight. They are afraid that I may end up with some medical issues because of my unhealthy eating habits. My mom got me tested for diabetes twice, since that runs in our family. Anyway, I need to lose weight mainly because of them, so I thought I might as well get some money out of it . I heard they offer you a chance to win some cash prizes if you successfully do this challenge.

Hi all.

I like the idea of Visalus 90 day challenge. It is nice that is also suitable for us vegetarians.

As for your question, being physically active is not necessary. Of course, physical activity will surely help and it is recommended to combine it with any weight loss program you decide to follow.

But this Visalus 90 day challenge, or if you prefer- Body by Vi, does not require exercise.

They say that the transformation is still amazing even without exercising.  I like to believe that’s true. I never tried it though. Let us know how did it work out for you.
