When you've got it bad say 50% during the day sex or hornyness does not come into your thoughts, your libido (sex drive) is dead and so is your d;ck, you only get weak boners with no nice feelings. When you recover sexual thoughts come into you mind during the day, you'll get proper boners, you'll feel turned on and you'll want to have sex and wank if there's no sex available to you!! I lost strength in other parts of my body calves etc etc but that didnt get a chance to recover as I got set back by drinking options hot chocolate that had whey in it so didnt get a chance for calves to recover that's kinda why I say 95%. Whey your d;ck starts to get a life if its own again and you start getting sexual thoughts in your mind during the day and you start to feel turned on again you know you're back to normal. This condition can last a long time yet recovery can come back quite quick also without you realising it until one day you see a girls arse and you're hey preto, turned on as f/ck!!!

When you recovered first time were you taking dairy products like milk tea etc or had you cut out dairy completely. Or is that stuff allowed we just need to avoid things containing specifically whey powder ?

No you don't need to give up milk and you'd probably be ok with cheese but the thing with cheese is that a lot of it is made different theses days than it was years back. Recently especially with cheap cheese or cheese used in deli's they make it so it lasts longer and doesn't dry up and go hard like good cheese should. To do this they add whey back into it and vegetable oil and probably other c**p to stop it drying up. You'd need to be careful of cheese on cheap pizzas too I'd say. I used to eat rolls from a deli in my local shop and all was fine, there was grated cheese in it. I looked at the website where the cheese came from and it said on ingredients cheddar or mozerella. The cheese was cold when I ate it on the roll. A few weeks after I recovered, h&rny and proper boners I bought some of the cheese on its own and put it on bread and melted it under the grill. After doing this for a few days my glands in my neck started to tingle and swell a bit and boners slightly less hard. Then I woke one morning after a few days and was set back by 40%. I took a look again at the cheese website but this time it said there was whey and vegetable oil in it. There may have been whey and oil in it when I ate it before when it was cold but maybe my body didnt spot it and when it was melted it separated better from the cheese and my body spotted it and set off reaction, total bummer. I have given up cheese since but I'd probably be ok eating good quality cheese with no whey or oil added cause I did eat it before and recovered. The choice is up to you but you'd probably be ok if you be careful but they don't always write the full ingredients on packet so again be careful. If you're going to eat cheese I wouldn't melt it either, it separates it more and if whey is in it your body will see it. I think also the longer you've taken whey powder the faster your body will see it and the quicker you'll get reaction. You'll be fine with milk but don't drink the new high protein milk some milk companies are making cause it could react with you. Ice cream fine too so long as there's no whey powder in it but as before they don't always write full ingredients. Maybe eat it every now and then but not for a few days in a row incase there's whey powder in it and not written on the packet cause after eating it a few days in a row you might get set back. Hi J, yeah this is M, yeah whey does come from milk but there is the chemical process to seperate the curds from the whey so would be molecularly different from solid whey form then from milk. I gave up milk for a month and it made no difference. It could also be a chemical that's added to whey powder to condition it that's causing our problem. Whey in powder form is super fine like dust and doesn't clump?? Could be a chemical added but I think could be just whey is solid or powder form. Anyways you'll be fine drinking milk, stay away from high protein milk if its in your shops,

Hi J, M again, peanuts and prawns are made up of about 14 different amino acids just like beef, fish etc yet some people can go into shock and die eating peanuts or get seriously ill eating prawns...???

M I have strong reason to believe that it's a blood flow problem. Why because I have observed that after a few weeks of leaving whey I am able to have a semi erection with manual stimulation say at 60 percent of my normal erection in length and hardness both but as soon as I stand up it starts to disappear. Oh and if I continue to lay down flat on my back I can keep that erection about for a good 2 3 minutes or more even sometimes. Its been a month now since I have left whey. The other symptoms have disappeared particularly being joint muscle ache and heat flashes throughout the body. I have morning wood too now daily but they aren't full or as hard as they should be either. I haven't given blood yet cause of the low hb. But I think giving blood does help and you should do so till your situation turns around. Mind numbness is gone pretty much too. But still have some memory problems like forgetting things. I am still unable to get an erection while standing up. And my flaccid is usually smaller when standing compared to lying on my back. You guys shouldnobserve this too. And I'm taking b supplement every now and then too. My hair growth is also at an all time low but I don't know if that could be cause of cutting out the dairy. Hopefully I can recover fully soon. InshAllah. #J plus I have stopped working out too. But I'm thinking whether or not to continue that or make a daily routine of jogging or some form of cardio. #J

yes there is effect, try to google soy beans effect with penis erection, whey protein has soy beans. i learn only this when i start eating sushi food then why i'm experiencing effect in my penis erection when i'm having sex with my wife then i tried to google what is the reason then i find out taking so many soy is not good for men penis!

Hello Guys,

I have gone through most of the comments and I can say that its whey for sure. I have been consuming whey for a long time and when I started taking it I did face the size and ED problem but I never gave it a thought as I was sure that it's just protein in power form nothing else but then it's not natural and it's processed and what it does to your body you don't really know until you see the effects or side effects. But I kept on with it and last year for some reason I had to stop the workout and during this period of say 10 months, I also stopped taking whey as I thought I don't need too much of protein as I am not working out. Surprisingly gradually my ED and size problem started disappearing, I can't say in 1 month or 2 but I was able to perform. I did not take any supplement other than whey so I am sure it's whey only. But one more thing that people here have talking about one particular brand but guys I have tired more than 10 brands of whey protein and I have felt the same experience.
Now I have a question: Q: Has anyone tried taking Pea Protein? I have heard it's very good vegan protein but I am not sure whether I should take it or not as you never know what will be mixed with it.

J it effects the nervous system not just blood flow. Lowered sex drive in the mind would be nervous system, I had my hormones checked and they were ok. I also lost strength in my calves and legs especially and was overnight, literally when the glands in my neck started to swell up, I do think the root of it all is the immune system acting up causing it, starting from the stomach as if I eat a clean diet I'm better than when I eat bad food. Remember avoid whey powder at all costs and if you eat it by accident make yourself sick by rubbing the back of your throat with the handle of a spoon or fork so long as it's a few minutes after you've eatin it, sounds crazy but do it. I did it once!!!

If only you had told me that a day earlier m. Eysterday I accidentally consumed cheese with whey powder in it. I found this out later on after consuming it and reading the ingredients on the label. Actually someone else added it to my meal and when finishing the meal taking the dishes to the kitchen I found out it had whey powder in it. But it as too late by now I guess. I had no instant reactions but by night the tingling feelings had eeturn. And I have had pain in my calf ever since. I'm worried that I might be losing calf strength too now. Did you have pain in your calves too or how did you notice their weakness. Btw what percentage are you at now. #J

J, sorry for not getting back to you earlier the other day ago, crazy busy here at moment. Don't panic, you need to be taking it in processed food for a few days in a row before it does any real damage, whatever you felt will be gone in a few days I'd say. I wouldn't say you're getting weak calves either cause you need to be taking a lot of it for a long time to do that. I was taking it for a year until I got reaction and I was taking a lot of scoops throughout the day plus I had it left in water all day long at work and the 6grams of glutamine per scoop degrades into ammonia when left a while in water, that's why they say drink it immediately, and I didn't realise it was whey causing my problems cause it took a year for it to happen so I kept taking it for a long while after initially it happening. At the moment I'm hovering between 75 to 85%, some days better than others, and depending in how clean my diet is...
As I was saying before I went to a neurophysiologist and he prescribed prednisolone..., I took a big dose of it years ago and it didn't agree with me so I had to stop taking it. This problem has to be caused by the immune system cause it lasts so long after you stop taking whey, plus I was running a temperature when I had it bad and swolen glands in my neck. I know 3 people who have taken it before and they were fine. At the moment I'm going to wait a while and see if I get better myself before I try any medication. If you ever were to try it start off with a small dose say 3mg per day and build it up gradually incase you get any negative effects but as I said I know people who took it and were fine. One girl with lupos, another guy after a hip operation and a friend of mine who takes it regular who has irritable bowel disease and he's fine and it helps his situation. Anyway I'm not a doctor but it is something you could think about.
I felt light headed, weird and stressed out after taking it so I stopped but I was extremely stressed out at the time cause of the situation, I hadn't found this forum and I knew it was the whey causing it and I was literally pulling the hair out of my head so that didnt help either. See how you go for the next while and as I said something you can think about, keep it on the long finger, I'm not trying to push you on taking it at all or perhaps see a neurologist, different to the neurophysiologist, I m going to maybe see one in a few months but if anyone else sees one in the meantime let us know how it goes...keep in touch

Yeah. But I'm really scared cause the tingling feelings have come back. In a day of it. And I don't think I will take the predisoline unless after consulting with a doctor and waiting a while. I'm thinking about taking b 12 shots. But I don't know how to inject my self. The first time I got injected by pleading a doc that I have b12 deficiency. The symptoms vanished for a whole 1 n half week or more. Then I had it four days in I took this whey containing cheese and the numbness appeared suddenly. So I'm guessing it does cause b complex defeciency hence the neurusl effect. We don't have the b12 test here. But if you do did you get your levels check. Levels above 500 are normal. I wanna get injected again but I'm being refused that it. Will cause side effects over dosing etc etc. Im afraid if it does cause neuropathy then the effects will be permanent if not reversed time let.
