Hi im 17 and i have got spotty dot like things all over the underside of my penis and all over my scrotum. Ive had it for god knows how long. And just hoped it would go away. It doesnt hurt, but looks sooo horrible and im becoming more sexually active it worries me more and more. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME ???
