Your symptoms fit. Does it ever get itchy?
You may be able to find over the counter medication to reduce the swelling but in general, eat more fiber, and take a warm bath to reduce discomfort.

High fiber foods would include whole-grains, beans, broccoli, and fresh fruit.
The other thing, if you feel that you need to defecate, don't try to hold it, go! Make it easier on your bowels.
Good luck.

i visited a MBBS doctor,i said dat i hav piles without asking anythink he prescribed me THANK OD TABLETS AND rabezap-20 tablets for 14 days course. are they suitable n enough for me to get rid of my6 suffering?
Did he give you an examination? If not that's very odd. Try another doctor.
Hopefully someone else will chime in as I don't have info on either medication, they aren't prescribed in the US.
Sorry.

should i consult a mbbs doctor or any one else??
Hi,
If the doctor didn't give you an examination, then yes, find another doctor.
If he did, but you have questions, then ask the doctor.
Without an examination it is difficult to provide you with an accurate answer.
