I was just wondering if anyone had picked up and actually read Dr. Phil's 7 keys to weight loss freedom, because I did, but have only read few pages. I am just curious on others opinions about Dr. Phil's supplements.
I have to admit that I bought the book too even though Dr. Phil really bugs me. I didn't get too far into the book also. I figured it's all the stuff I've read before and already know. He just put into different sentences and if he'd started hawking his supplements and meal replacements before I bought the book, I never would have at all.
