Most people must use dried herbs instead of fresh herbs sometimes, right? There have been no fresh herbs in my supermarket for quite a while now and I ended up being dried ones instead. I hate the way they make the food taste. It's still better than NO herbs of course, but the food has not been to my liking at all. What experience do you have with this?
Of course the taste can never be the same as with fresh herbs, but I don't have the same problem you mention. When I use dried herbs, my food is still very nice, though a bit less so than with fresh herbs. But perhaps you would like to look into growing your own herbs, even on a balcony, if your supermarket is not meeting your needs?
