I have same dull ache, on and off, from left wrist to joint, around left shoulder blade, left ear to the head area, and I can feel a mild tension to my left eye.

The ache can last 2-3 days, and usually attacks 2-3 times in a month.

I want to share you all, traditional way that you can do it yourself at home (at your own risk of course).

In Indonesia, it is believed that bad wind can obstruct / block blood circulation and causing pains (including dull pains).  So, a practice of "kerokan" (you can browse in the web), is every day cure in the country.   Honestly, for me, when panadol didn't help, this approach is helpful to alleviate major pains I experience.

What you need just any type of oil (can be vegie oil) or balm, and a round coin with smooth edges.  Find the areas where you feel the pains, rub with the oil, and scratch it.  When the areas turn red (after being scratch), it is believed that the wind has gone.

Hope this helps.

Try "Kerokan". Browse "kerokan" in the internet. I use this method when the pain hits. Usually, I start with my shoulder blade. You need oil / balm and a clean round coin with smooth edges.

How did you resolve your situation? It sounds exactly what I'm having. I've gained weight and think the weight of my breasts are causing my bra strap to dig into the muscle over my clavicle causing shooting pain up into my jaw, behind my ear, over to the sternum and in the opposite direction toward my shoulder.

Im from the Philippines too, 22 years old and Ive been experiencing this "weird" pain above my left clavicle as well. It kind of feels like there is something wrong with my blood vessels around that area and when I put pressure, the pain intensified. There is no lump, swelling nor discoloration. I had thought if I'll ignore this pesky little pain, it'll get worse but on the other hand, I'm also shy to see a doctor because its isn't that big. I noticed you posted over a year ago so with that duration, have you ever found a solution to your inconvenience?

Massage your cheek and if that helps consider it a diagnosis for TMJ. Putting pressure on my face relieved my collarbone pain and it was all from tension and stress on my jaw

Thanks! This is what I have done in past and it makes a world of difference. But if you notice it enough to look it up, it definitely needs more than one massage to fix!
