So around September last year I felt the ache for the first time one day while deadlifting heavy weight in the gym and that persisted for 2-3 days after the gym and I then went to the doctor who examined my testicles and gave me a week long course of anti-biotics. I stopped going to the gym under the advice of the doctor during the course of anti-biotics and when I returned two weeks later and squatted/deadlifted I felt the pain return and once again ache for a few days and then stop. I went to the doctor again who examined me and got me to do an STD test for chlymidia which came back negative, he then referred me to a place nearby to get a USG/ultrasound done the results of which are here: https://imgur.com/ytFwPKg from there I got an appointment with a urologist in the hospital who once again examined me and determined I had an infection. He gave me a 2 week course of anti-biotics and set an appointment for me to come back this June, he also gave me this support cloth that wraps around your waist and you tuck your penis and testicles into which I was to use in the gym and still do. I stayed away from the gym (which killed me) from mid- September - March this year for fear of doing some serious damage to myself and to give myself time to heal. When I started back I didn't feel pain for the first few weeks and I was lifting pretty heavy again and happy with my progress and then yesterday I was showing a friend how to squat with just the bar (20kg) and as I reached the top of the squat after pushing back up from the floor I could feel the same old pain back again. I didn't squat for the rest of my workout and now I can feel the dull ache every so often when I take a step. I don't want to return to the expensive urologist just to get another course of anti-biotics and be told not to gym for the pain to come back again when I return. Have any of you guys seen cases like this or have advice about what I can do? Thanks in advance for any help/advice you can offer.
I feel pains almost everyday in my testicles. I don't go to the gym, and I have been to the doctor, but still have the same problem. Any advice?
