I have 3 small cysts on my testicles which have been there for about 9 months. Since this time I have been living abroad in hot countries and have noticed they've increased in size and also start to throb when I sunbathe. Before I left to travel, I did get an ultrascan and the results were cysts. Can you advise me what to do....thanks
Well, it depends on what kind of cysts….I suppose they are just sebaceous cysts. If they look like little lumps in the skin with some white stuff inside, they are most certainly sebaceous. Because other cysts don’t appear in clusters.

The thing is that these cysts never hurt and I don’t think that they are the reason for your throbbing pain. Sebaceous cysts are normal skin formation and they never hurt UNLESS they get infected by bacteria.
Then they become red, swollen and painful and need to be removed. Before removal, they need to be treated with antibiotics and when inflammation subsides they are removed.
You need to fond a proper doctor where you live now to have a look at the cysts now, see if they are the problem and deal with them.
I reckon it has nothing to do with being on the sun!
