It is almost 19 teen years past since puberty crossed.but the hair around penis is not completely removed.now I am 33 years.how long will it take to stop growing of hair around the penis.also tell me about the size of scrotum that it will increase or not.

You'll always have hair growing around your penis. It starts in puberty and continues from then on.
Your scrotum will tend to sag more as you get older. It's normal.
You mean Thats hair around penis will be there for remaining part of life and I observed that compared to teenage at puberty and now the hair growth is less now.
If I understand you correctly yes. Once you get pubic hair it will remain with your for life.
