endometrial ablation and tubal ligation

As a result of extremely heavy, painful, and frequent periods, in Jan 2012, I had an endometrial ablation with a bilateral tubal ligation at the same time. I tried different types of birth control pills, including only progesterone, but nothing at all alleviated any of my symptoms. All though the initial recovery was rough, for me personally, having the procedures saved my quality of life!!! Over the last 7 years since, I’ve not had a period! I still OCCASIONALLY get some cramping on one side or the other when I’m ovulating, but it’s NOTHING compared to what I had to go thru before!!

Now that it has been over a year, how do you feel now? Most negative comments are about what happens AFTER the procedure.

Can I get pregnant with fertility help after an endometrial ablation and tubal ligation?

So it looks like it's been over a year since you posted this. Are things still well? Waiting to schedule this procedure and am worried about all the horror stories as well.
