Hello everyone,

I recently visited a fertility specialist due to an inability to get pregnant after a year and he performed a vaginal ultrasound the 3rd day of my period. It showed I have a one inch cyst (endometria) in my ovary. I am 28 years old and endometriosis has been suspected for many years due to my symptoms, but this is the first time someone's seen it on an ultrasound. I have never had a laparoscopy. I am scared this means I won't be able to get pregnant. Also, the bloodwork showed my FSH and estrogen levels were a little high. If you have had similar diagnoses, can you tell me if you were successful getting pregnant and how? Is IVF more likely to work or should I have surgery first to remove the cyst? Or were you able to get pregnant naturally? I've always wanted to be a mother.
If you have endometriosis and they do surgery you will be okay but if you still can't get pregnant ask you doctor about lupron depot shot I am taking the shots but you won't have a period for 6 Months and after treatreatment you should be able to get pregnant and us protect when on the shot
