For all you kids on here saying your penis is 7 or 8 inches, come on now if that was the case you probably have a genetic condition or something. I personal I'm a few months off 14 and my penis is a little longer that 4 inches limp and 5.8 to 5.9 inches errect. I asked my mom about it and she wasn't surprised. She said all the men in her family had big a penis so I guess I got lucky. As for the average size of a guys penis at 13 I'm not sure because when ever I ask my friends about it they lie and say, yeah my penises f*****g 9 inches dude.
