Even though your husband has varicocele, that doesn't necessarily means that he is infertile. If you two are trying to have a baby and already know that he has this condition it would be best if you two went and consulted a fertility specialist who will determine his sperm-count and give you the right estimate and recommendations as to what you two need to do. Either way, try to maximize your chances to conceive by having sex when you are ovulating, that is, about 2-3 days right in the middle between your two periods.
