Around two weeks ago, I vomitted a yellow liquid and I researched that it was something like Bile from the stomach. After that, I felt fine for the day and I ate my meals as usual. However, I woke up from Nausea sometimes in the middle of the night, and this lasted up until morning.
So I had Nausea through the whole day, while I had to lay down on my sofa and fed off crackers and drank orange Gatorade. I laid down for about 14 hours with some rest until I felt fine, not having to think about Nausea.
However, ever since that day when I vomitted Bile, I still currently have Nausea every single morning, and sometimes throughout the day. This wasn't always the case, because before today, I was able to eat a large meal. But, I somehow just can't feel like eating and always felt I needed to throw up.
I have always been thinking that I have Nausea because of me vomitting Bile, and/or because of my empty stomach. Or, it could be because of my Anxiety. Either or, Nausea is giving me problems and I am at the moment, suffering from it in a sense.
On the side note: I also noticed whenever I touched my stomach currently, it felt warm on the surface. I don't know if this is supposed to be normal in our daily lives, or what caused it to become like that.
In any case, does anyone know what it is that I am currently having? Or any sense of what I have been going through? I would like to hear from anyone with an experience like this and how it was resolved
I've been waking up weigh similar symptoms so are many other people.
