I continued to smoke on amoxicillin when had a tonsil infection, and it ended up just making my infection so much worse. The smart thing to do is make some edibles, make some pot brownies or something.

I've done it plenty of times, even with strong antibiotics. For the record, it doesn't seem to change anything. Maybe the antibiotic will be less effective, so you might have to do another round, but it's only alcohol which really doesn't mix well.
