Hello! I am very much interested in developing my pectorial muscles, so I was wondering if anybody knew any pectorial exercises. Thx in advance!!!!!
Hi! As for me, the best pectorial exercises are push ups. Sometimes I do the regular ones, and sometimes I do the knee or stair push ups. I also love to place my feet up on the step, and then do them. Anyway, my pectorials look great now!!!!
Definitely, pushups are the way to go...
I dont know if it might work quite the same for everybody else, but i sticked to a single way of push-ups and then switched for a while...
From my personal experience, i do it with hands wide apart, then closer, and then with your hands crossed between each other... You might try to do sets of 15 if youre starting (do them very slowly, that way you will get used to the pressure) and then you can increase according to whats best for you.. But of course, there any many ways to do pushups, and you just have to see what works for you, and change your routine every once in a while... Though u might already know this, eat well and drink water..
