One squirt of liquid soap should be enough to wash your hands after any activity. Semen is not dirty - so you do not need to repeatedly wash your hands. Hi I am altaf and I have severe problem similar to this I feel I should clean everything like a chair, cot , floor, door anything after I ejaculate. I feel I should clean the things which I touched while and after ejaculation even there is no semen is directly contacting them. I feel ethically bad. And another thing is if I see that the waste water after my wash on the drynage if some of them will come on to the road due to some animals like dog, pig etc I feel I am getting the things dirty n I even bath after I went back to home so, please​ help

Okay so i have a problem too i don't masturbate often but when i do i wash my hands like around 6 to 9 times. The first time i masturbated i freaked out and washed my hands around 16 times. It has gotten so bad that i dont touch my pants anymore i feel the need that every time I touch my pants i should wash my hands I want some advice on how many times i should wash my hands after I masturbate and how many squirts of soap i should use (I use around 3 squirts of soap every time I masturbate) please help me i feel like i'm going crazy

Hi, first of all is it only when you masturbate you feel the need to wash your hands so much or also after you per as well because it almost sounds like you have OCD, are you male or female?
If it's just normal masturbation stroking the penis/rubbing the clitoris or fingering then just a normal wash of hands one or two squirts of soap quick wash since an dry if anal masturbation then again one or two squirts of soap and a more thorough wash of hands rinse and dry.

I have ocd and my hands are bleeding because I wash my hands to much. But even after using the toilet I wash my hands 3 times at least. And I where socks on my hands to sleep

That's really terrible stuff, I'm suffering with the same. My hands start burning with excessive soap, I've even stopped masturbating but how can you stop night falls ohh they're a nightmare, the moment I feel nightfall I head to the washroom and start washing my pienus, clothes hands, takes me a damm half hour, even after that i don't feel satisfied I literally broken inside. Same thing with me, I touch my pants and feel the need to wash hands, I've started walking with my hands a little bit upwards. I've ocd and I know that but not able to counter it. Don't wanna take medications either.
