hello, im an 18 year old girl with a pretty normal sex life with my 19 year old boyfriend.
im not his first, but this problem has never happened to him before. lately during sex he's been dozing in and out, tipping his head a lot. I stop constantly to ask him if he's okay and he says he's okay when he's apparently not. In the middle of it he stops and holds his head breathlessly saying he's too tired, his head hurts, he's dizzy, and he can't move due to exhaustion. His body heats up but he's hardly covered in sweat.
I personally think it's the lack of nutrition and sleep.
We go to the same college but his major deals with a lot more homework and projects than mine does. He's been pulling a few all-nighters these past 3 weeks. could it be that? And we do it quite a bit, not as much lately, but the problem keeps persisting... am I the one exhausting him too much? does he need more time to recover?
and i have one more quick question; when we use condoms, especially the spermicidal ones, it hurts my vagina.I know i shouldn't, but we end up doing it unprotected because i just can't stand it. is that normal? how do i stop it?
thank you! any advice or suggestions would be most helpful :)

chances are that your boyfriend is trying to avoid orgasming too soon. So he's come up with a way to stop himself, slow down, and think about something else without you knowing it.
Your nether-regions are probably just very sensitive to the spermicide. I'm sensitive like that too. Or you're not wet enough?
Start taking birth control pills or another method to be sure.
It might be because he is so tired or that he has a different medical problem. He might want to see a doctor--there could be a serious problem.

It sounds to me like your boyfriend could have a heart problem! He needs to go for a stress test!
On another note.... you need to use protection!!!! Not just for pregnancy prevention but STD prevention! Don't be stupid!!!! You can get AIDS, HPV, genital herpes and a multitude of other VERY common diseases! You are not his first, as you say. Do you even know what you are doing????

I have a latex allergy, can't use regular condoms.
